Update on the truck situation:

Y’all! I got myself SO worked up about whether or not I was going to visibly struggle to get into the truck or hurt myself in the process of getting into it…

And about 5 minutes before we were supposed to leave it began POURING rain. So I had to struggle with an umbrella and running on a slippery bit of pavement (where I almost bust my ass, btw)… Only to have zero problem getting into the truck.

Of course, once I was in it, I couldn’t reach down to adjust the seat so I wasn’t leaning way too far back for comfort, but that’s another issue common for us fat folks with short arms. The struggle… it’s real.
